Prazitel Flavoured Worming Tablets for Cats is for the treatment of mixed infections caused by the following gastrointestinal roundworms and tapeworms: Roundworms - Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina. Tapeworms - Dipylidium caninum, Taenia taeniaeformis, E.multilocularis

Intestinal worms are divided into two main categories, Roundworm and Tapeworm. The Roundworm group includes the following sub-groups: Ascarids (sometimes just called Roundworm), Hookworm and Whipworm.

Each Prazitel Cat Worming Tablet treats up to 4kg bodyweight

Each Prazitel film-coated Worming Tablet contains 230mg Pyrantel Embonate and 20mg Praziquantel (same as the Drontal Cat Wormer).

Dosage & Administration:

The recommended dose is 20mg pyrantel (57.5mg/kg pyrantel embonate) and 5mg/kg praziquantel. This is equivalent to 1 tablet per 4kg bodyweight.
